Damon is secretly tracking down Stefan's murders and covering his slaughtering in Tennessee with Alaric. On the day of Elena's birthday, Caroline plans a party for her at Damon's house. Meanwhile, Klaus and Stefan are chasing Ray Sutton, who is a werewolf, to know the place where his pack gathers. Jeremy continues to see Anna and Vicky and he tells Matt what is happening to him.
